Our experience with Storm Tight Windows was a positive and rewarding one, from the sales representative coming and showing our options to the financing process and the permitting and installation. Every phase was executed with professionalism, respect and in a timely manner. The quality of the product is also top notch. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable and we found no problems with the installation and neither did the county Inspector who passed it first time. The house was left in pristine condition with no debris in sight. They took measurements on my schedule they came and showed up on time they put plastic down to protect my furniture and belongings they removed all the old windows away. Their staff was very professional. I just want to thank Storm Tight Windows again for a beautiful job. I was the winner for the December drawing that Storm Tight Windows gave me $25,000 check to do my home as a makeover. Without Storm Tight Windows I would have never been able to get my whole house completed I just want to say thank you again.
Wonderful Experience
We just had new windows installed by Storm Tight Windows. The crew (led by Darian) was exemplary! They were respectful of our schedule and our property. The installation took a couple of days and wasn't easy because the window openings are not square. The caulking job was superb. The windows themselves are well constructed and look beautiful. Hopefully, we never need to use them in a hurricane! Overall, wonderful experience, we would definitely recommend Storm Tight Windows!

Very professional and quick install! Had all the windows done in my house and they were done in a day and a half including getting the state inspector. The windows are excellent quality and we are very happy with the company and windows!

We did research on hurricane windows prior to choosing Storm Tight Windows. Once Storm Tight came out and showed us the product we were extremely happy with the product and product knowledge. At no point did we feel pressure to commit to Storm Tight or commit to everything at once. Upon purchasing our first set of windows the company has keep us informed of every detail and status of the windows until the windows were installed. Afterwards, they still contacted us to ensure that we were satisfied with the quality and the process of the installation of the windows. We are extremely happy and satisfied with our new windows.
Kudos and Thumbs Up
I had just bought my townhouse and was doing a major overhaul when I found the company Storm Tight. I had them come out to give an estimate, and also to learn about their products. I needed 4 double sliding glass doors, 5 large windows, one arch window and last a small hallway window. I was impressed by the demonstration, the quality, and the warranty of the window systems. I hired them to do the work. Although the price to do all of this was considerable, I realized that each window was custom built, and that 2 doors open to the left and the other 2 to the right. Not a cookie cutter project. The arch window was custom too as well as the hall window. Once the windows were completed, the install was pretty quick. The job they did was top notch. I have had the windows now for over 5 years and love them. I also had a new A/C system installed and with the combination of both, my electric bill has dropped about 40%. I'm getting ready to sell this home and buy a larger place. I'll have Storm Tight bid this new place too. Also the folks that buy my current home will have a 20 year warranty that will extend to them. Kudos and thumbs up to Storm Tight!!!
Fantastic Company
We purchased our windows from Storm Tight Windows for hurricane protection, but ultimately they have done so much more for us. My wife came home to discover that two men were hammering away at our back window trying to break into our home. The windows were impenetrable and they could not break through. Without these windows my wife and children would have walked into the house with burglars inside. The police said everyone should have these windows. When we called Storm Tight that night to report the incident they answered the phone after hours and were ready to help. They are a fantastic company.
Very Positive Experience
Overall we had a very positive experience. The salesman Nick did a good job and we got to talk with the owner the same day we signed up. The install team was courteous and efficient, and our new sliding glass doors and picture windows look great. My one concern was that communication between the time we signed up and the county permit was submitted was non-existent, despite my efforts to find out when we could expect installation. I eventually spoke with the owner about my concerns, and communications greatly improved after that. I'm told the company did restructuring to address being more responsive with customer communications. Overall, I recommend Storm Tight windows, and we plan on finishing the remaining windows and doors by hiring this company again.

Storm tight windows are definitely top grade windows. We are extremely pleased with your product. The installation went very smooth and the installers were very respectful of our home and property. They were very thorough and left our home as clean as they found it. There were a few small glitches that took the customer service team 4 months to finally rectify. Other than that wait it was a very pleasant experience.
